NASA ka lëshuar alarmin: shumë shpejt Toka mund të goditet nga një stuhi e fuqishme diellore.

Probaliteti nuk është shumë i lartë, rreth 12 përqind, por gjithsesi shqetësimi është i madh.

Sipas agjencisë hapësinore amerikane kjo stuhi mund të shkaktojë dëme të mëdha në Tokë dhe të shkatërrojë teknologjinë hapësinore.

Vlera e dëmeve parashikohet të jetë rreth 3 trilionë dollarë.

Sipas NASA-s kjo studim mudnt ë godasë Tokën në vitin 2022.

Dëmet do të rrëzonin përtokë ekonominë botërore dhe do ta fusnin globin në errësirë totale.

“Nuk do të ketë lidhje telefonike, internet dhe satelitët tanë do të jenë jashtë funksionit. Nëse goditemi do të na duket vetja në epokën e gurit”, tha një zyrtar i NASA-s.
